The swimming pool and sauna area could use some improvement, as they are not as inviting or comfortable as expected.

In quite neighborhood, the service is ok. Some staff at counter can speak very good english, but some can speak very very little. Overall is ok.

The room is small.

The room was just perfect; it has a "living room section" and a "sleeping room section" -- like 2 rooms. It was very clean and equipped with a coffee machine and a microwave. It was quiet what means a lot to me.

The hotel offered a great location, close to nearby shops and restaurants, making it easy to grab a quick bite or find something to do. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, making my stay pleasant. the room was spacious and included all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The noise levels in the hotel were quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the gym area was poorly kept and in need of some upgrades.

The hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of traditional Brazilian dishes. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was reasonably close to all the main attractions, including a big supermarket and the Metro. We especially loved being close to Ibirapuera Park, as we were interested in visiting this beautiful green space.

Great location in a lively neighborhood with lots of shopping and dining options within walking distance. the hotel is close to a beautiful park which adds to the experience. the renovated rooms are well kept and clean. the gym, pool, and other facilities are also in good condition. the staff is very friendly and helpful with directions and arranging taxis.

the housekeeping staff was loud and could be heard from the neighboring rooms.
